The main house we have lovingly restored to its original 1920’s style.  With original features from that era, the chandeliers, wood panelling and flooring will make you feel as though you have gone back in time as you enter our b&b.

Relaxing Surroundings

Come and relax on our beautiful deck. Christchurch is known as the garden city, we have protected liquid amber trees on our property, along with native New Zealand punga trees. There is even a room with its own courtyard for private relaxation.

You can take pleasure in a hearty cooked or continental breakfast in the gorgeous dining room, before venturing off into the city or further sightseeing throughout the beautiful South Island.

Convenient Location

123 on Warrington is only a ten minute journey away from the city centre. The bus stop is conveniently just outside and is an easy way to get around Christchurch city. You are also only five minutes away from The Palms, a mall where you will find popular bars and restaurants, a movie theatre and of course great shopping. In addition to this, you can dine at the local bar and bistro just across the road.
